this is a gated community of holiday homes, within the grounds there ia a swimming pool and spa, a barbeque area and childrens play area and in the clubhouse/reception there is a bar

Both Pete and Louise are members of the communitys homeowners association
The homeowners association help with the maintenance of the pool deck and also ensure the gardens are always superbly maintained.
